Burcy

Burcy is a small village in the Seine-et-Marne department in Île-de-France, with a population of 146 as of 2021. Located on the southwestern edge of the department near Loiret, Burcy sits between the Gâtinais and Beauce regions and is primarily an agricultural community shaped by cereal farming.

The church holds a unique collection of sacred furniture and stained-glass windows by Belgian artist Jean-Michel Folon, who set up his studio in Burcy in 1968.
